Filiz Satir is an elementary educator who lives and works in Puget Sound. She was born and raised in Washington state. She has a Master’s Degree in Teaching from Antioch University and an endorsement in Early Childhood Education and Development. She received two bachelor of arts degrees in Political Science and Editorial Journalism from the University of Washington. When she is not teaching, writing or traveling, you can find Filiz planting garden beds, taking in a new play, or enjoying a coffee with friends.
